hardener for epoxy powder coatings

jietonda® sa2830 is a micronized modified dicy, which used as latent curing agent in pure epoxy powder coatings.

　 ● can be used individually or in combination with other materials.
　 ● highly reactive activity.
　 ● can disperse into liquid resins easily and uniformly.

3. use method & levels
　 ● premix sa2830 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● the curing condition of 180℃/15min is suggested.
　 ● approx. 3.5-4.5 parts calculated on 100 parts of epoxy resins (eew 700-900) by weight.

4. package & storage
　 ● packaging with pe lined kraft paper bags. net weight 20 kg per bag.
　 ● store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. keep package closed after using. keep away from fire.
　 ● based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
