textured additive for powder coatings

jietonda® sa207 is an amide modified vinylidene fluoride polymer which can be used as a special textured additive in powder coatings for household appliances,it equipments, office appliances, playground equipments and other industrial applications.

2. characteristics
　 ● be applicable to any powder coating systems such as pure epoxy, hybrid, pes/tgic or pes/haa and pu etc to provide a special texture finish with fine-grained surface.
　 ● very attractive and consistent texture finish can be obtained when it is compared with other texture additives at the present time.
　 ● flow modifier and benzoin in powder formulation can be omitted or decreased greatly. therefore, the cost of powder coating is down probably.
　 ● even if its use levels are very low such as 0.08%, the very attractive texture effect can be obtained.

3. use method & levels
　 ● premix sa207 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● the use level is 0.08 ~0.15% based on the total weight of the formulation.

4. package & storage
　 ● packaging with pe lined fiber drums. net weight 10kg per drum.
　 ● store in cool and dry place. avoid contacting with strong acids, bases and other organic chemicals together. keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
