textured additive for powder coatings

jietonda® sa2072 is pre dispersed texture additive which can be used in powder coatings to give a fine grained finish surface.

2. characteristics
　 ● be applicable to any powder coating systems such as pure epoxy, hybrid, pes/tgic or pes/haa and pu etc to provide a special texture finish with fine-grained surface.
　 ● a low cost texture additive,save the budget
　 ● flow modifier and benzoin in powder formulation can be omitted or decreased greatly. therefore, the cost of powder coating is down probably.

3. use method & levels
　 ● premix sa2072with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● the use level is 0.1 ~0.2% based on the total weight of the formulation.

4. package & storage
　 ● packaging with pe lined fiber drums. net weight 10kg or 20kg per drum.
　 ● store in cool and dry place. avoid contacting with strong acids, bases and other organic chemicals together. keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
