charge enhancing agent for powder coatings

jietonda® sa2483 is a long-chain fatty acid ester used as charge-enhancing agent to improve powder coating transfer-efficiency and minimize faraday-cage effects during application.

2. characteristics
　 ● enhance the conductivity to improve powder coating transfer-efficiency, application performance and minimize faraday-cage effects during electrostatic powder spray.
　 ● differing from general amine based charge-enhancing agent, sa2483 provides improved substrate wetting to result in better flow and appearance of powder coatings.
　 ● quite good thermo-stability and anti-yellowing.
　 ● have no catalytic activity, does not affect the gloss and gel time of coat.

3. use method & levels
　 ● premix sa2483 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● the use level is 0.3-0.6% by weight calculated on total formulation.

4. package & storage
　 ● packaging with pe lined kraft paper bags. net weight 25kg per bag.
　 ● store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. keep package closed after using. keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
