pigment disperser for powder coatings

jietonda® sa516 is a 100% active polymeric disperser with improving pigment dispersion and stability in powder coatings.

2. characteristics
　 ● can be used in a broad range of powder coatings based on: pes/tgic, pes/haa, hybrid, epoxy, pu and acrylate.
　 ● good pigment dispersing ability to provide better color strength/development, esp.for carbon black.
　 ● improved gloss and flow/leveling
　 ● improved film quality.

3. use method & levels
　 ● premix sa516 with other components of the formulation before extrusion.
　 ● the use level is 0.5-1.0% by weight, based on total formulation weight.

4. package & storage
　 ● packing with pe lined kraft paper bags. net weight 25kg per bag.
　 ● store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. keep package closed after using. keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
