leveling agent for powder coatings

jietonda® k7567 is a white powder based on an acrylate polymer active ingredient. it has good leveling properties for powder coatings.

2. characteristics
　 ● excellent leveling performance and weather resistance;
　 ● prevent coating film defects such as pits, pinholes, and fish eyes;
　 ● good film appearance and recoating performance;
　 ● it can be used in a variety of powder coating systems such as pure polyester, pure epoxy, polyester / epoxy hybrid, acrylic, and polyurethane.

3. use method & levels
　 ● mix with other components in the formula in a high-speed mixer and then extrude through the extruder.
　 ● the dosage is 0.7-1.5% of the total weight of the formula.

4. package & storage
　 ● packed in barrels with a net weight of 20 kg per barrel.
　 ● store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. it should be closed immediately after use and away from fire sources.
　 ● based on our experience, this product is valid for at least two years at a storage temperature of ﹤ 32 ℃.
